As a qualified and certified Athletic Therapist and Trainer , personal trainer and nutrition coach , my aim is to help build a better version of you. I’m so happy to share my fitness journey and will help educate you on everything I have learned over the past few years.
About Aishling Sheridan
As a Fitness Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
I have a large interest in all things sports, health, fitness and well-being. Currently I play Gaelic Football for my County Cavan and my Club Mullahoran while also playing AFLW with my club team Collingwood.
I have a BSc in Athletic Therapy and Training from Dublin City University and have also completed a personal trainer course and nutrition course to get me to where I am today. Nutrition has always been a big passion of mine especially over the last 4 years when I began to understand it more and put it into practice into my own lifestyle. Personally it has changed me a lot alongside strength training and has really taken me to the next level with my sports and football career.
