About Aishling Sheridan
My passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Understanding that everyone is unique, with their own strengths and limitations, I create custom plans tailored to your health, schedule, and, most importantly, health goals.
I have a deep interest in all things sports, health, fitness, and well-being. Currently, I play Gaelic Football for my County Cavan and my Club Mullahoran, while also playing AFLW with Collingwood. My involvement in sports has given me a comprehensive understanding of the physical and mental demands athletes face, which I incorporate into my training and coaching methods.
I hold a BSc in Athletic Therapy and Training from Dublin City University and have also completed certifications in personal training and nutrition. My academic background and certifications have provided me with a solid foundation in understanding the human body, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and effective training techniques.
Nutrition has always been a big passion of mine, especially over the last few years as I’ve delved deeper into understanding its impact on overall health and athletic performance. Applying nutritional principles to my own lifestyle has significantly transformed my well-being and sports performance. By integrating proper nutrition with strength training, I’ve reached new levels in my athletic career, enhancing my performance and recovery.
